Watdog, what position does your bench-warmer kid want to play? Love when parents get on this page.

Interesting response? Please introduce yourself to me at a Brigade Foundation or CFA event. Would love to talk with you in person!

What is a Brigade Foundation? Maybe you need some more time on the bench with your kid. You aren't ready for Prime Time yet.

Wat-Dog, not too bright to be talking smack to alumni and bashing coaches, when your knob is trying to make the team. Oh, step up your giving, and you may move up from the NG lot.

Capture.jpgTypical Wofford Terrier back-pedaling. If this isn't a crack on the coaching staff, and the players, then you need to head back up to Wofford for some more comprehension skills. Then inviting alumni to come visit you at YOUR parking space. Come on, man. Don't get it twisted, PJ. It won't go down like you think. If you want your kid to make it on the field (and he may be a stud player for The Dogs one day), how about you not cast shade at those who have made it on the field. We hate losing, but we are not about bashing teammates, especially from Daddy in the stands. You get the same advice the knobs do in the barracks: look, listen, and absorb your first year. We don't need Anderson's Lavar Ball bashing our players.

We have The Citadel Brigadier Foundation (https://brigadierfoundation.com/), but sorry no, I don't know what you are refering to by "Brigade Foundation".

and I agree w/ "Citadel4Lyfe": You're new to this board and neither you nor your kid has earned the right to make any disparaging comments - yet.  For now, just sit back, listen, take it all in, show support, and enjoy the ride.  Until then, please don't speak until spoken to & show some respect for those that have come before you and are more seasoned, wiser, and knowledgeable.  Have a good day.

Sense you made this personal. Never called out a player or coach. Wearing my new adadis C football shirt right now. 100% committed to El CID football. If you truly know me then you know I call a spade a spade. No BS! I am about the Jimmy and Joe's not the Xs and Os . I guess you saw what I did today. And it was not someone on the team last year. Just saying

Kind of upset about the comments tonight. I feel like I am dealing with a bunch of Democrats/Liberals tonight. I thought I was getting away from that being a Woco grad!

I appreciate that some of us are of the opinion that offensive play calling is costing us games. That’s not my opinion based on what I’ve seen. I think our woes boil down to defense and specifically open field tackling and not letting QBs out of jail when we’re sharing real estate with them in the backfield.

We had 462 yards of total offense and our triple option QB was 6 of 7 passing with 196 yards and 2 TDs. That’s not problems with the offense numbers.

Everybody can use improvement on offense but offense did not cost us this game.

Yep....that’s how I saw it as well. Good effort with some missed tackles late in the 4th that were the difference.

Go Dogs!

Thru 5 games we are dead last in total offense in the conference...

I know the dive sets up the pitch and pass but we you are getting very little up the middle and the game is one the line why give it to a worn out and hobbled player . As much as we
like Rainey , it is time to give Evan a shot. We can’t win the rest and make postseason with a hobbled QB

My biggest armchair question in the offense is more with the situation. Going for 4th down deep in own territory on first drive of game seemed to be a little premature. We climbed out of the hole that put us in, and then some. The other was the somewhat conservative plays on our last two possessions of regulation. We really needed offense to hold the ball and keep the defense off. We’ve given up all to many end of game drives to the opposing team this year.

And last was OT3 and OT4 offense. With 3rd OT inside the 10 we had a chance to win with a TD. And in OT4 I don’t know why we don’t take the 3 points.

Other than the way we lost, that was a great game. Rainey is a competitor...made the best of what he could do. Including some spot on passes.

Couple of missed tackles / missed blocks fixed and could have easily been 52-24 final
