Unmitigated disaster as the DAWGs are getting blown out 106 - 73 w/ under 3 minutes left.  Woffy can't miss (literally - 71%) & DAWGS are just having an average shooting night.

Woffy led by as many as 17 in the 1st half;  DAWGS cut it to 6 @ halftime, 47 - 41, but Woffy has been off to the races in the 2nd half.

no offensive rebounding at all.

Woffy clears their bench with 3 minutes left to include ALL of their walk ons.

DAWGS lose by 31, 112 - 81.  Words escape me to describe this beat down.

Oh my gosh. 70% shooting by Wofford.  How do you defend that?  Of course, we couldn't hit a fish in a barrel full of them, and decided to turn the ball over unforced more times than I could count.
We have to defend something, sometime. Just running and shooting and missing and not defending doesn't seem to be a good mix.  Of course, I'm not a basketball player, so maybe there is something to this I don't understand.
I can only hope that it was an aberration by Wofford shooting like that (everything going in), and that we come out on fire Saturday.

And, I was too sick to even go back and look at stats, but was Frierson's 3 point streak broken tonight?

So, who was #1 for us?  The announcers didn't have a #1 on their sheet.  Did the manager dress?

Wofford was hot all night. We didn't play ANY defense all night. Looking forward to another beatdown Saturday and come home for ETSU. Ouch! That nice start to the season was great in 2018.

No, he hit 1  3pt shot & was 3 for 3 on FTs for 6 points.  Fletcher Mageee on the other hand, Woffy's 3-PT specialist was 6 for 9 from 3 & had 24 points.  Woffy was 15 of 26 from 3 for 57.7%.  No way you can win with opponent shooting like that.

#1 is a walk on - Robert Guyton.
