That looks like a quality group of kids -

My only comment is that it looks a little.... small. Don't we usually bring in significantly more fellas than this, or am I just making that up?

All depends on how many scholarships are available. If only losing a few SRs & good retention, then the recruiting class w/ be smaller. 65 scholarships for 4 classes only comes out to about 16 - 17 per year. Add in RS/ 5th year SRs & that number goes down.

I see in The State Newspaper a kid (Tyrique Brown) that I do not see on Jeff's list. He is from Ben Lippen High School in Columbia (which is of course the high school Tyler Renew attended). Not sure if he is a walk-on and maybe Jeff's list only includes scholly players - I know for a fact in years past even preferred walk-ons were included in the signing day list.

Another interesting thing to me with this list is the lack of in-state kids - only one on the list Von Ramsey from Greenwood High School.

I see that Clay Harris and Nkem Njoku are 3 stars, who is the other one?

That kicker really looks good.

Personally like to see that we are getting some RBs in the 200 lb range who also seem to be pretty fast with their stats.  Think it helps with the bruising attack that we run.

Was concerned about lack of DL recruits until I counted 8 or 9 on the roster. If we run out of QB's, Jaylan Adams looks pretty good.
