Jaylan just announced on twitter that he was committing to the Dogs. Huge pick up for the Dogs. Impressive senior year this year.

Great pickup! From Johnson City, TN. Plays for “Science Hill.” Does that sound familiar?

His Maxpreps profile shows him as a QB/WR/SS. Does anyone know what position we recruited him for?

We’ll he seems to have a hell of an arm and the running vision with great breakaway speed.

needs about 10-20lbs of muscle on him to possibly complete at this level.. all without loosing speed.  look at Shy, he is out smallest starter and is fast but sometimes misses tackles due to lack of size.

Donnell has got that covered. Excited to have this player on the roster. Been following all fall and he is a big play maker. The weekend of the ETSU game in Johnson City he had a big weekend, told Cumbee we needed that kid at more than a couple pf positions.

I'm good with this young man at A-back.

We need some quickness and explosiveness at A-back. And oh yeah.......a back who can make people miss.

What happened to Rod Johnson this year?
Was he hurt?  I would be willing to bet he had less carries than last year and I think he is our fastest player on offense??!

if Donnell sticks around....

but yes he is a miracle worker and good at his job!  We up our value out of the players by having him in their development process.  I know tons of guys in the industry who say he is one of the best in the country at his job...

We need to give him more money to keep him around!
