College education costs have been growing @ 10% a year for a while. That means doubling every decade.

For the most part it's hard to find an investment that gives a 10% return a year.

There's a reckoning coming one of these days.....

There was a Doctoral program that I was interested in at Arizona State until I saw it was over a $1000 a credit hour. That was the deal breaker

Ya know, I'd really love for my son to be able to attend if he chooses to, but in eighteen years how the hell am I going to afford to send him there?  We need to get this continuous tuition increase under control or a Citadel education will get to the point of being out of reach for most.
